Sharing What I’m Learning Along the Way

Steps Toward Healing

I live with MCS, PTSD, fibromyalgia, and a few other invisible struggles that don’t always show up on paper—but they still shape daily life. I’m learning to support my body naturally, reduce the meds I rely on when I can, and listen to what healing looks like for me.

This blog is where I share what’s working, what’s hard, and what’s helping—because I know how isolating this journey can be. While I’m not claiming to have all the answers, I hope these stories offer encouragement and truth.

Even if your healing looks different, you deserve to feel seen. That’s why I created this space—to speak up, spread awareness, and let others know they’re not alone.

What Exactly Is MCS?

Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) (also called idiopathic environmental intolerance) is a label used for symptoms triggered by low-level exposures to everyday chemicals (like fragrance or cleaning products). It’s a debated area medically, but the day-to-day impact for those living with it can be significant.

For many of us, it means avoiding places where others feel comfortable — stores, offices, salons, even public restrooms — because of things like scented candles, air fresheners, cleaning sprays, or perfume. These exposures can cause real, physical symptoms like headaches, brain fog, nausea, or breathing issues.

MCS isn’t “just sensitivity” — it’s a disability for many. Raising awareness helps create safer spaces for everyone.

Spread Awareness

I design truth-telling gear for people like us—those navigating chronic illness, trauma, and invisible battles with quiet strength. Every shirt and sticker is made to help spread awareness for chronic illness, share truth, and help others feel seen.

Each piece carries part of my story… and maybe yours too.
I’m also looking for your feedback on the designs that you’d like to see in my collection. Please feel free to contact me via my contact form so we can chat.
